Galaxy WatchMy SG Active 2 Watch Heart Sensor stopped work8ng for no reason and I keep my apps and system OS up to date. Another thing i noticed is that there is no green light on on the back of my watch anymore. I have tried many things but with no good results.
Can Samsung Support or somebody else help me find a solution.

Galaxy WatchI understand how frustrating this is. Here is an article that may help with the sensor: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003204/ You can also try the factory reset as suggested by @-Misfit-. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/ If the sensor is still not working, it would be recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. To locate an authorized service center, you can use this link https://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. I apologize for any inconvenience!
