Galaxy WatchVery frustrated here. Bought a Samsung Active 2 watch and all of a sudden it tells me "watch turned off to cool down." I cant keep the watch on for but a few minutes, it just turns itself off.
The watch is charged. The software is up to date. It is definitley not physically hot (left it off for 24 hours). But turn it on and it says it has to turn off to cool down.
I looked throuh other forums and clearly this is not an isolated issue... but there is no clear solution. Does anyone have any advice? I've always had samsung and pretty good with this stuff, but cant figure this one out

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand how concerning that error code may be and would be happy to assist you further. Whether you're using a phone, tablet, smartwatch, or earbuds, all Galaxy devices have a set temperature range, where they operate at their best. While they may feel warm under certain conditions, like charging, this does not affect the device's lifespan or performance. However, if your devices get too warm, it could cause some issues. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00076952/ You can also try a factory reset of the watch. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend a service repair. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.

Galaxy WatchBought my watch last July 2020, after a 3 months, the battery was easily drained and had it replaced. Now suddenly, after a year, was shocked that it is overheating. Tried resetting and deleting some apps but still, the notification that its too hot appears and it automatically turns off, being on for not even 30 seconds. Is there any way I can have it replaced without costing me? Hope you can help me.
