Hi all! In a previous thread (which I can't reply to anymore), @LongHiker said

"You can enable active handover so when you put one watch on the charger and put the other on your wrist, the app switches to the now active watch."

Where do I find this option? I've been unable to find it and also haven't seen any documentation about this anywhere. Because this pretty much is my exact use case - two watches that I switch whenever one is low on battery.

@Tinw It sounds like it must be a regional thing. This user to user discussion group is for Samsung US products and services. To find the group for your geographical area, visit https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite/

It's in Galaxy Wearable settings. In the Wearable app, click the icon with 2 circles and 2 squares. Then click the 3 dot menu, select Settings, and enable Auto Switch.

I can get there, but I don't see that option: https://ibb.co/Wy4FzHg

I've granted all the available permissions. Is this maybe limited by region?

It should be in that menu. 1728744731794_1728744731787_0.jpg

Then I'll raise a support request with Samsung. Thanks for your assistance!

That was fast: looks like OneUI 6.1.1 is the prerequisite for this feature. So I'll have to wait until my watches are updated to that version.

@Tinw Hmm, this feature has worked for me for several years... well before 6.1.1.

The option may have been in a different location for earlier versions of the OS.

Or it might only be rolled out in my region (Germany) since One UI 6.1.1. Which watch(es) and which OS version do they have?
