Have you tried resetting your watch to factory settings? I'm sorry but I haven't had this problem before. There's got to be a video on YT that might help.
I'm not making fun of you in anyway here but dummie me just mistakenly Uninstaller Google Play Store off my Galaxy A53 5G phone I racked my brain 🧠the whole day seeing how to get it back now I'm going out on a lime here but what system does your watch use is it chrome if it has a version of chrome it's operating on try reloading that part of the app and you don't need play store to load it either. Your regular Google Chrome log onto that and there that might work because there many back doors to use gotta think outside the box here it worked for me 3 days ago lol
