Since the Galaxy watch (through the Health App) can track my HRV during SLEEP (under Energy Score), can it also track this throughout the day? Or can it track hrv with the Health Monitor app? I found my HRV score by accident when I was looking through the ENERGY SCORE on the Health app, but it is only during sleep.
At the moment, Samsung Health only lets you track this during your sleep. It is a nice feature to have, and I have noticed that a high variability in my heart rate usually conincides with when my body is about to come down with a cold/flu, etc. I am really enjoying having this feature.
