Can I pair my Galaxy Watch 4 to my tabletnwith reseting it because it is already paired to my phone?

@KidGenius2011 The GW 4 (and other Samsung watches) can only be connected to one phone. You must reset the watch to connect to another phone.
I'm not even sure that you can connect it to a tablet.
