Cant delete an exercise

I have recently manually recorded an exercise in error so it shows i did this for 9 hours. I want to delete the exercise but cant seem to do so. When clicking on the 3 dots as suggested in another post it only gives me the option to add an image.

What do you mean? You can't delete a workout, or you can't delete a listed exercise in the list?

I cant delete a specific workout

Find your workout in the app, long press on it and at the bottom will be delete

I'd already tried that and just tried again. It doesn't show the delete button at the bottom. It does nothing and then when I let go it opens the workout!

What version of the health app do you have? I think you are looking in the wrong place. You have to go to the workouts this week, find your workout and then do what I said. If you don't have that tile, you have to edit the home page to show it.

Amazing thank you! I didn't know I could edit the home screen but have added workout history and done as you have suggested above and it worked! Thank you!
