Galaxy Watch 4 band destroying my wrist

I had the Galaxy Watch 3 and did not have this problem with the band but my GW4 is destroying my wrist.

What the galaxy watch 4 band does

I used to have the same issue. I went on Amazon and get a NYLON waist band. Then, problem SOLVED!
