I bought watch4 today and when i set it up i accidentally clicked back when he asked me for google account. I have one google account on my phone. Now I can't connect it to watch.
I thought it's mainly linked through the samsung account. Even still everything should go through though since it's pretty much just transferring your data over to the watch. If the watch isn't set up yet you should go ahead and factory reset it and just set everything up again.
