Galaxy Watch 5 Region Change for Samsung Pay

Hello, I am in the United States. One of my relatives gifted me the Galaxy Watch 5 from Canada. I was trying to add my Discover card in Samsung Pay but it is saying unsupported card. I think the region of the watch is set as Ontario, Canada. How do I change the card region? Thanks.
