The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. šŸ˜”

UPDATE: 

A Bluetooth connection error has been identified on Galaxy Watch7 and Watch Ultra devices due to a software issue.

A software patch is being developed to address this issue, and a solution will soon be available. We are working diligently to release the software patch as soon as possible. You will be notified once it is available for download on your device.

In the meantime, we recommend backing up your watch before performing any resets. You can also check your device's software version by going to Settings > About > Software Information> Software Version. If an update is available, follow the prompts to install it.

It's great that you are working on an a fix, but since it has not been released and then confirmed to resolve the issue, you cannot legitimately claim this issue is resolved. It is quite shameful how Samsung has failed to properly address this issue by deleting posts, claiming it's resolved when it's not, and not even acknowledge the issue exists for months while your users struggle. I have dozens of Samsung products in my house. They will be my last due to the way Samsung has handled this issue. You truly do not care about your customers.

My Samsung Galaxy Watch Ultra has also required about 8 resets since I purchased it with my S25 Ultra at end of January.

My ultra is a few months old and has happened 3 times now. Love the watch but hate the resets. If they donā€™t correct Iā€™ll be moving onā€¦.

I have the Galaxy watch ultra, 7th generation of galaxy watch. Recently I have had to repeatedly attempt to reconnect it, only to have to factory reset and reconnect with my backup. Any reason why? Watch is registered, secured etc. It is uncommon for my watch to be away from my phone. I do keep it in my pocket while I'm at work, however it recognizes when it's off the wrist and turns the screen off.

I also have to do this at least once or twice a week with my gen 7 watch. I have an S 25 ultra. Super frustrating and I am ready to send the watch back. My son has the galaxy watch active and is also having the same issue. Does anyone know if it's just a Samsung issue in general?
