Galaxy Watch

My Galaxy Active Watch keeps powering off after it keeps giving me a message of cooling down and needing to shut off. I've rebooted it over and over and it will not stay on. It's not hot and I've taken it off my arm since yesterday. I've went to the app and it too can't connect to the Watch. Need a solution!!!.Thank you in advance.

I can only assume it's because the watch is old, and I assume the thermometer got fried somehow.

I understand how frustrating this is. Here are some steps to get the watch working properly again. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003233/ If the watch continues to power off and show the overheating message, it is recommended the watch be evaluated by a certified technician. For service options, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1. Facebook Messenger: http://m.me/samsungsupport 2. Private Message: http://bit.ly/2XERsky When sending a message, please provide the model code and the serial number or IMEI number of the watch.
