Galaxy Watch Ultra - Cannot Disable "NOTIFICATION VIBRATION" / Setting

I just received my Galaxy Watch Ultra and believe there is a bug that prevents turning off vibration for notifications.

I went into Sound Settings > Notification Vibration and selected "SILENT," but the watch still vibrates when I receive a text,  it should be "SILENT".

It works as expected with this setting on my GWC6

Is this a bug or a defective watch?

I’ve performed multiple resets, and the watch is fully updated.

I hope someone can replicate this issue to confirm before I return it for a replacement, only to find out it’s a software bug and not a hardware problem.

You could also use do not disturb to get by, but that is odd.

Like to have the "Ringtone" Notification Vibrate (In case I'm asleep)  Do not disturb will turn both those off

Like to have "
"Ringtone Vibrate" - ON
"Notification Vibrate" - OFF (when I receive a text I do not use to have watch "Vibrate"

Highly suspect this is a bug...

Are you using watch settings or wearable app. I just tested and set notification vibration to silent and made sure sync vibration with ringtone is off, and watch did not vibrate. I have a Watch 7 Ultra as well.

Using the vibrate with sound will cause notification to vibrate as well.

That Should be it, set that way on my GWC6 and 4 no issues, works as expected

Turn off Sync vibration with Sound. That switch does both ringtone and notification sound, and syncs vibration to them. If that switch was turned off, you could then select your vibration pattern to be something of your choosing, or would fall back to that selection when Vibrate only mode is selected.
