Galaxy Watch@DareD3vil Sorry that you are having this issue. I haven't experienced any issues. Have you tried resetting the watch?

Galaxy WatchResetting only takes a few minutes. Waiting for a software update could be quite a while.

Galaxy WatchI'm having the same issue that started about a month ago.
It was working fine then sleep tracking suddenly stopped working.
Resetting the watch works, but only for a day or two, then it stops tracking again.
Tried emptying Samsung Health app cache as well.
Really irritating as I don't have the time or patience to go through the watch reset process every single day!
Definitely an ongoing issue

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy watch Ultra no longer tracking sleep. As you have tried all the troubleshooting steps available, I would recommend submitting an error report: https://us.community.samsung.com/t5/Tips-Tricks/How-to-Submit-an-Error-Report/ba-p/3001692
