Galaxy WatchGalaxy Watch purchased as Birthday gift 2018 and after success with Gear S2 felt that we would have a great time together. On 10/16/2021 it started getting hot and provided message that would shut down to cool. No worries appreciated the notification. Ever since then; and with full charge upon turning on it immediately began losing battery life and within 5 seconds notifications show that must shut off to cool. Software update was completed a few days b4 first incident and weirdly it keeps flipping to airplane mode also. Factory reset and troubleshooting have not been successful. Any other suggestions?

Galaxy WatchHello, I understand how disappointing it is not to be able to use your watch. Unfortunately, as the troubleshooting has not helped, it would be recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. for service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.
