My watch is only a little over 1 year old and all of the sudden is going haywire on me. The touch screen no longer works and the apps are jumping all over the place. I tried rebooting, but now can't connect back to the phone app because the touch screen does not work. Help!!!!

Model: SM-R830

I understand how frustrating this is! If performing a factory reset, https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/ does not correct the issue, it is recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers near you that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. I do apologize for any inconvenience.
