Galaxy Watch
This past weekend my watch decided to quit on me while swimming at the pool. At first I thought it was water issue but I had water lock on. When I charged it a weird screen came on and took a whole day to charge when it finally charged to 100% keep locking and Bixby won't stop "trying to help I don't remember when I purchased from costco and can't find it in my history purchases thinking might of purchased under my husband costco card which I can't get access into .
Is there any way of finding out if I'm still covered by any type of warranty ?
I hate to tbe force to buying the 7 before I really need to help a girl out please.
BTW sensors stopped working due to the reason above the green light is gone

Galaxy Watch
Put the watch in rice. Let it be for 24hours.

Galaxy Watch@lil_deb It sounds like the water protection was compromised and water has damaged your watch. You would need to talk to Samsung Support about getting it evaluated.
FYI, the "water lock" just keeps the screen from interpreting the water touching it as valid touches.
Make sure to turn on Water lock mode on your Galaxy watch so it?s ready for a swim. This will also help prevent accidental touches as you?re swimming.
