I just got an update for the galaxy watch 5 pro and my custom ringtones are gone even though the files are still on the watch. Tried readding them but they don't even show up to be selected anymore. Anyone else have this issue and able to fix it? The standard tones don't work for me.
Yes I've been able to add them back on using the old method again. Just realized it on Halloween and I was able to change my tones to spooky sounds I had added.
My issue is I have the custom ringtones and custom notifications sounds on my watch. The custom notification sound works when I receive a message etc. But the custom ringtones will not play when I receive a call, instead it plays a stock tone. I tested selecting the custom ringtone as the notification sound, and it works, just not as a ringtone! Any ideas please? Thanks.
