Galaxy watch 4/5/6 shows location instead of temperature in weather widget on third party watch faces

Hi,

I recently upgraded my watch4 (44) to watch6 (44). Now did I use watchfaces who also show the weather and temperature on the watchface. But after setting up the watch6 with the same watchface (minimal pixel) it shows my location instead of the weather/temperature here.

This also happens with other watchfaces who use the weather info.

Do I miss something, or is there any setting I need to change?

Hi, the new watch is set up as new device, only installed the same apps as on my watch4. I dont even know if it is possible to restore a watch4 backup to the watch6?

Same here. I tried and tried but it was not possible to restore the watch 4 settings to the 6.

Does anyone know how to get the weather to show the temp on the new analog watch face?

My GW6 shows the city I'm in, instead of the temperature of where I am, on the face. I ended up removing the weather complication because of that.

The issue seems to have been resolved by today's W6 update. First thing I checked was the weather complication and now it shows the temperature on the face 😁

I just checked mine and temp still not showing, have to long press to open weather and see temp

Mine just shows the weather symbol and if I long press it takes me to the weather app, I'm not using it either but I'd like to, I switch up my faces as the time
