Galaxy watch 4 LTE only receives SMS randomly

I will be returning my galaxy watch 4 . For some reason it receives sms whenever it wants to.  I'll just go back to my watch 3 it works perfectly.. and the crazy thing is,, I sent the 4 into Samsung to fix and it still don't work.. waste of money.

If you don't plan one using the LTE, I would exchange it for the BT version, if possible. You can still make calls and send/receive texts, your phone just has to be nearby and connected via BT. Or talk to your carrier and have the phone line terminated. Or check the Wear app to disconnect the LTE, if possible, or put the watch in airplane mode.

I understand that you have a separate phone number for the watch and that the sms settings may be control by the carrier?
