Hi,

Twice now, my watch has called someone on my emergency contact list. Once while I was sleeping and then while I was leaning on my wrist. I know it is because the side button was being pushed, but how do I turn that off?

Hello @user8AGck6Q8BJ, I hope you're doing well.

Unfortunately, there is no option to turn off the Emergency SOS option on the watch. However, there is an option to add a 10 second countdown. Perhaps this could help as it would give you time to cancel the SOS. I know this may not help in the sleep scenario but maybe it will.

Hope that helps.

Go to the Galaxy Wearable app. Go to Watch settings, and then Safety and Emergency. Disable "SOS with Home key", which should fix your issue. I hope that fixes your issue.

I had to turn mine off. It kept trying to call my emergency contact while I was sleeping or just sitting on the sofa not even touching the watch. I think it's a beta issue.
