The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. šŸ˜”

Something is really going to have to be done about this issue with the Galaxy watch ultra. I had to reset the watch twice this weekend alone. It has been doing this at least once or twice a month since January. Mine is paired with a s25 ultra. Having your latest flagship phone and your latest flagship watch I expected better. Others have complained about this for a while now. Samsung you really need to get off your **bleep** and fix your flagship products.

I believe it is a software issue. It started this after the update in January... I believe

Many are having this issue. It is a big in a software release. They say a fix was released in on of by feedbacks to Samsung. However when I go to check, there's no updates. 1742838885513.jpg

I have the same issues with my Galaxy wearable 7 watch and when I turn off, charge and back on, things will reload to different device. Me and my husband both have been and my bluetooth for watch info pops up on his device with my health data and I don't like needing to check several times a day to see if supported apps or if apps is loaded or synced and have no alert that change is made or loaded with no contact for me to see if I have a connection. The hard fall alert does not work. I fell not 1 but 2 times and when I called was told i need to press both buttons 5 taps then swipe screen to activate Didn't work but got picture of floor in kitchen. I went with watch 7 with alert and still laid on floor with broke ribs til my husband couldn't make contact and rushed home to find me on floor . Keeps time...most days if not wet.

Same thing happening with me. Z flip 6 and galaxy watch ultra. Just got them last month, and I had to reset 4 times.

Hey guys, I've been having this problem since January and it's happened to me a total of about 6 times. I get this screen telling me to reset my watch and pair it with my phone. I don't know what causes this, but it just keeps happening. i hate having to reset it and lose my data. 

 
as a student, I can't afford to buy a new one, and I don't have the time to get it fixed. I have given in and reset it, losing all my data, but it just keeps giving me that message. I don't know what to do and it's driving me crazy. I've tried everything, but nothing works. it just feels like a useless piece of junk strapped to my wrist
 
on top of all of that, i have heart problems. my watch can take my ecg and let me know if something is wrong. I love that feature. it puts it on my phone so I can show my doctor. but now I can't. things could be happening and I just don't know. sometimes when I work, I don't have my phone on me and I just have my watch, but now I don't get that luxury of knowing stuff for $399 dollars straight down the drain. 
 
this is my last resort and I really want that money back. I could really use it for something else but now it just feels like samsung is taunting me. this could be related to one ui 7 but that's highly unlikely. 
 
if anyone knows anything at all, even something you may think won't help I encourage you to let me know. anything helps at this point.
