The weirdest thing has happened a couple times and now I'm concerned. For no apparent reason, my watch keeps doin a forced reset. I then have to go through the whole process of setting it up again. This time around it completely changed the way my watch is set up. Face, settings and icon order. Can anyone help me understand why this is happening? This thing cost too much and is only 4 months old. šŸ˜”

Just wondering if anyone else is constantly getting messages from their watch saying they need to reset it and reconnected as though there's a new device but there isn't I've had this happen every few days for over a month now and I can't get a hold of any customer service

I don't know if anyone else noticed, but this thread appears to be a consolidation of the numerous threads about this issue. Why do I have a feeling Samsung is trying to make this not look as bad as it is? It's just like the reviews I've submitted which keep getting rejected. All honest worded reviews about the watch yet they reject them. It feels like they're trying to hide this. Or at least limit the appearance of it being a big issue. šŸ¤”

I've noticed and have had several of my posts deleted saying they were duplicate when they were not. All while another member keeps posting the exact same useless suggestions to this problem and is allowed to do so. All I can say to Samsung is that I have bought my last Samsung product. Not because the resets, but because their sorry excuse of a support system. I fully expect this post to be deleted. I don't care. I'm done with this and Samsung.
