@Jonesboy420 The Gear S3 uses the Tizen OS. Samsung is ending support for watches which use Tizen OS. This is probably why it won't connect to your new phone. 

Samsung started using Wear OS on Galaxy Watch 4 and later.

To the best of my knowledge, the Gear 3 will only work with phones running Android 13 and below. The A16 is running Android 14 with One UI 6.1. It is incompatible because Android 14 devices only support Wear OS by Google, not Tizen, the Gear 3's operating system.

Samsung's website has not yet listed the A16; I believe it will be considered the successor to the A15.

Isn't the Gear 3 a Tizen based watch?  Support for Tizen has ended and those watches will not work on any of the newest phones.
