I'm looking at Samsung Health as I intend to get a Galaxy Watch 5. But I'm having trouble adding my Contour One Next glucose meter to the list of accessories.
I go into Samsung Health Settings then click on Accessories. I am then presented with a list of Accessories, all of them Samsung (all the fitness trackers and smartwatches), nothing else. If I then turn my Contour meter and click on Scan for Accessories if finds the meter, if I click on the meter's name I get a spinning wheel, that spins forever. The only option I have is hitting Cancel or Refresh.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please note that I'm from Canada. Hoping that, that is not the cause of the problem.
