Greenlight sensor light won't turn off on Galaxy Watch 6 after update

After the update, Greenlight on the back of my watch 6 keeps turning on specially when i sleep. It disrupts my sleep. Heart rate is manual. I don't know what happened

1. Swipe down and click the gear to open settings
2. Click on Health
3. Click on AGEs index to turn it off

I dont have that option under Health🥺 heart, sleep,stress is all manual

It's also in the Wearable app -> watch settings -> Health.

I'm guessing that feature isn't available on that old of a device.
