After the update, Greenlight on the back of my watch 6 keeps turning on specially when i sleep. It disrupts my sleep. Heart rate is manual. I don't know what happened

If you are seeing the green light, the watch may have loosened.

@thiagotho Have you tried turning off the AGES option in Samsung Health?

I think this is not an option on Watch6.

If I search the settings I see the text about AGES index, but when I click on it it brings me to the settings where there is no AGES settings to be found.

But as I mentioned, I have all sleep and everything else either set to manual or deactivated.

The only option that is on, the to detect if I'm doing an activity.

@thiagotho Ah, I think that you are correct. I thought it was coming to it in the update at the end of the year but it may be tied to the advanced sensors on the 7 and ultra.

Generally speaking, if you are being disturbed by the LEDs on the back of your watch, you need to tighten the watchband. I've had three different Galaxy watches and I have never had any issues with the sensors on the back of these watches disturbing my sleep.

Also have the same issue since the update. Was googling about this issue and found this post. It is really annoying as the green light is bright and, if you are a light sleeper like I am, it disrupts your sleep. I cannot believe Samsung have implemented this on their new update without the facility to turn it off ! If you do find a solution, then please let me know.

You are not wrong. It is happening to my watch as well after the update. The light wakes me up constantly during the night now and unfortunately my sleep score has gone downhill. I can't believe that they think this is an improvement

If the sensors are visible enough to wake you up, your watch band is too loose.  If it's not loose, then don't sleep with your watch near your face.  If your watch is not near your face, keep your arm under the covers or get a sweat band to put over it.  I'm a light sensitive sleeper myself, but I've never been disturbed by the watch sensors.  I do not believe there is any way for them to increase the luminosity of the lasers already installed on the watch, nor would there be any reason for them to do so.
