My Galaxy Active 2 (SM-R820) will no longer charge when placed on the charging puck. The watch works fine other than this issue. I have rebooted it and reset it a number of times which has not solved the problem. The charging puck functions properly, as it charges another Galaxy watch we have. Any suggestions as to how to solve this problem?

Thank you for reaching out and welcome to the community. I can certainly understand your concern with your Galaxy active 2 not charging and would be happy to look into that further for you. If your watch's battery is completely discharged, it will not power on. You'll need to charge it before turning it on. If the watch does not power on, it doesn't seem to charge, or the light on the charger blinks, the problem could be anything from the battery, connection, the charger, or the watch itself. Give this link a try for some troubleshooting steps for you watch not charging: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003100/#reboot-your-samsung-smart-watch

If you have tried the troubleshooting steps and are experiencing these symptoms, the next step would be a service repair.
