I think you can do this through the Wear app on your phone. Here's a link to a Samsung article that gives lots of options ... Perform a reset on your Samsung smart watch

1. **Wake Up the Watch**: Press the Home button (Power button) to wake up the watch.
2. **Open Settings**:
- Swipe down from the top of the screen to open the Quick Settings panel.
- Tap the **Settings** icon (gear icon).
3. **General**: Scroll down and tap on **General**.
4. **Reset**:
- Scroll down and tap on **Reset**.
- Confirm by tapping **Reset** again.

### Using the Galaxy Wearable App

1. **Open Galaxy Wearable App**: Open the Galaxy Wearable app on your paired smartphone.
2. **Connect to Watch**: Ensure your watch is connected to the app. If it’s not connected, try to reconnect it first.
3. **Reset Watch**:
- In the app, tap on **Watch settings** or **About watch** (depending on your app version).
- Tap on **Reset** and confirm the reset.

### Hard Reset (if the watch is not responsive)

1. **Power Off the Watch**: If the watch is still responsive, turn it off by holding the Home button until the options menu appears, then tap on **Power off**.
2. **Enter Recovery Mode**:
- Press and hold the Home button until you see "Rebooting..." on the screen.
- Quickly press the Home button repeatedly until the "Recovery" menu appears.
3. **Factory Reset**:
- Use the Home button to scroll to **Wipe data/factory reset**.
- Press and hold the Home button to select it.
- Use the Home button again to scroll to **Yes**, then press and hold the Home button to confirm.

After the reset is complete, your Galaxy Watch Active 2 will restart and you can set it up as a new device.

You can go to the watch settings on the watch, either by accessing the watch quick panel (seipe down from top of screen), or from the apps panel. In settings go to general, scroll down to reset, tap it and affirm your choice.
