I have some product-related issues and have contacted Samsung's customer service many times. However, each time their response has been evasive and delayed. They now require me to use their new customer service system, but every time, the replies are from a chatbot, and no actual representative has responded to me. This has severely impacted my user experience and caused damage to my property rights. I hope to directly get in touch with them. Does anyone have any good suggestions?

There is a chat function on the site think maybe sales not sure on support anyway the 800 number also

Thank you very much, but I sigh because there is no way to contact Samsung now. I couldn't even find any email contact information on their website.

Think they have set hours so maybe try in morning til early evening time not sure if the holidays will affect the hours
