Galaxy WatchI have some product-related issues and have contacted Samsung's customer service many times. However, each time their response has been evasive and delayed. They now require me to use their new customer service system, but every time, the replies are from a chatbot, and no actual representative has responded to me. This has severely impacted my user experience and caused damage to my property rights. I hope to directly get in touch with them. Does anyone have any good suggestions?
