Is there a way to delete the apps on my Watch 6?

There are too many and I don't use most of them. Are they permanent or can they be deleted, selectively.

Some apps can be removed, while others are system apps that cannot. To see if you can uninstall one, swipe up into your app drawer on the watch. Press and hold an app icon. The "uninstall" option will appear if it's able to be removed.
