Galaxy WatchHi,
So I recently reset my phone back to factory settings to get rid of random junk. After resetting I started doing the usual like, connecting my ear buds, pc and of course connecting my watch. Everything went seamless but my watch, I've rebooted reconnected, read multiple articles but cant get it to connect anymore. Did anyone have this problem and find a fix, the watch still did what it needed to do so I don't want to buy a new one.
Thanks in advance
Have a great day!

Galaxy Watch@Lythical In the watch settings, I would try selecting connect to new phone.
- On the watch, swipe down.
- Click the gear icon.
- Click on General.
- Transfer watch to new phone.

Galaxy WatchI'll give this a try! For specifics, are you talking about the ICCID of the watch or the phone?

Galaxy WatchRight so I found the menu it should be in, though it's not there. I think this is because this is the original galaxy watch didn't have sim support. When contacting samsung support should I just give the serial number?

Galaxy Watch@Lythical Oh, you have the original Galaxy Watch? The menu option I mentioned for connecting to a new phone isn't going to be there.
BTW, there were LTE versions of the original Galaxy Watch.
You will probably need to reset the watch.

Galaxy WatchHi,
Yea I still have the original Galaxy Watch (it still functions like new from my experience). I'd already reset it, I did that along with my phone reset.
I looked up about the LTE and you were right, the Galaxy Watch Classic did have a optional LTE feature (mine isn't a LTE one).
What I eventually found out is that you can use it without connecting your phone. I then logged in through the settings, I then logged in with my Samsung account which prompted a factory reset button to pop-up. After that I just loaded up a old backup I had of my phone. I think something went wrong while resetting my watch in the first place?
Still thanks to both of the you for the quick answers š
