Dear Samsung Team,
I am experiencing several issues with my Galaxy Watch 6 after updating to Watch UI 6:
1. The watch frequently locks by itself without reason.
2. Heart rate tracking is not functioning properly, even when continuous monitoring is enabled.
3. Sleep tracking has completely stopped working.
I have already tried troubleshooting steps, including restarting, checking settings, and performing a factory reset, but the problems persist.
These issues have significantly impacted my user experience, and I hope they can be resolved soon. Please advise if there is a fix or if a patch update is in progress.
Thank you for your support.
Best regards,
Sajith Kumar

Galaxy Watch1. Reboot the watch and phone.
2. Clear the cache partition on both the watch and phone.
3. Clear the cache and data in the health app.
Try one set of actions at a time and see if the issue clears up.

Galaxy WatchDid you clear the cache partitions from both the watch and the phone? These are separate actions from the app cache.
To clear the phone cache:
1. Power off your phone. Hold Power and vol up buttons until Samsung Logo appears
2. Let go of both buttons when you see the Samsung Logo appear on screen. There will be a delay while it enters recovery mode.
3. Use the volume buttons to navigate through recovery menu options and highlight “Wipe Cache Partition.” Press power button to select this option . Confirm by navigating to the yes response and tapping the power button to select.
5. When wiping cache partition is complete, "reboot system now" should be highlighted; press power key to select it. The phone will reboot as normal.

Galaxy WatchI will try this. I just reset my watch yesterday like a factory reset and it's still not tracking my sleep.

Galaxy WatchI just tried to wipe the cache on the watch by following the instructions above but it never got me to the reboot menu instead it restarted and dailed 911 🤦:female_sign: tried three times and got nothing with clearly the cache on the watch. I was able to clear it on the phone though.
