Galaxy Watch@wjh27 They want you to put it into "maintenance mode" and then ship it to them? Or are they just asking you to do that during troubleshooting?
I think that they want you to get into recovery mode.
- Hold down both buttons until you the watch resets and then shows the Samsung name.
- Then click the Home button twice.
- You will get to a text menu.
- Click the home button multiple times to get Recovery menu highlighted.
- Then long press on the Home button until the menu changes.

Galaxy Watch@wjh27 I would ask them for instructions on how to enable maintenance mode.

Galaxy WatchThere isn't a maintenance mode for Galaxy watches to the best of my knowledge. I would just perform a factory reset when sending it for repair. When it gets sent back to you it is simple enough to restore from your last backup.
