Missing Messages Complication

Had an option to add Messages as a complication when I first bought the watch. Messed around with some setting and it went missing. I've reset the watch multiple times and even contacted support and they can help me. Really kinda annoyed and not sure what to do now.

I'm with you as well. When I first bought the Galaxy watch ultra, I had the message complication option. And I always use the same watch face, it was never an issue before. Now all of a sudden , when I upgraded to the S25 Ultra, I setup the watch for it and it's not there. I've factory wiped the watch as well, but no luck. I've tried other faces as well. Message complication is not there anymore. Not sure what happened but Samsung needs to send out an update to all devices asap. These delays are pointless. I've never had such inconvenience from Samsung before. First S25 Ultra overheating, YouTube draining the **bleep** out of my battery. I've even factory wiped the S25 Ultra to start from scratch again and it seems to help overall performance, but then YouTube starts acting up again. Causing excessive resources usage on my phone causing me to put YouTube in deep sleep; something I NEVER had to do with previous Galaxy flagships. And now the watch! If this continues, I'll be selling my stuff and going back to apple.

I havent had any issues with my S25 ultra battery. It's been so nice. My s24 ultra battery was TRASH. I returned my watch and got a new one and just went straight to my usual watch face and haven't changed it and it worked fine. I just asked to exchange and best buy was fine with it.

That's good. Unfortunately I got my ultra watch from preorder, so I'm out of the initial warranty period. Samsung Warranty is too much of an inconvenience; having to send out the device and wait till they fix it then get it back. I'm actually leaning towards just selling everything and going back to iPhone and apple watch. I love Samsung but just feel that this upgrade year was not good. At least not for me. I didn't have any issues with my S24 Ultra and watch. Battery was great. Performance, everything was great. So who knows, thinking I'll give it a little bit longer to see if everything gets a fix

I am having this same issue. None of my watch faces are allowing me to add my messages to the face of the watch. I have a samsung s7 watch paired with my s25plus. I have done so much troubleshooting. it is highly annoying

I ended up switching watch faces to Info Brick. It allows for app short cut and then I just made it messages. Not the same as the watch face I used to use, but ateast now I can use messages easily.

No problem. Im trying to find other watch faces on the store or whatever that let me do it too but it's hard
