Multiple installs of same update on Galaxy watch 5 pro?

I just replaced my Watch 5 Pro (warrantee). It keeps saying there is an update, and it seems to install but then says there is an update.  This repeated several times already. How do I stop it?

Have you attempted factory resetting the watch in the Galaxy Wearables app? Settings>General>Reset

I started from a new clean watch last night. Factory reset seemed extreme. I ended up shutting everything down and restarting. That seemed to fix it.

Shutting everything down? Factory resetting and restoring is simple and pretty fast tbh. 🙂
