I have restarted both phone and watch many times. I do not have dod turned on. EVERY time I exit sleep mode in the morning, my watch fails to ring or vibrate when I get a phone call on my new fold 6!!! I also noticed the Bluetooth symbol is not showing on my watch. It is connected according to phone and on the phone in the wear app it shows connected, I tested by asking battery info, worked. The watch connections show it is connected on Bluetooth. So everyday I have to reboot watch and phone to restore the watch ringing when I get a phone call. THIS US A BUG!! I have tried other diagnostics also.

Ok more follow up. If I reboot the watch ultra only, it restores the ringing and vibrate with the phone, so this is a Watch ultra bug.

This mode is synced with the phone. Both watch and phone exit do not disturb when sleep mode on watch is turned off.

More tests. When I turn sleep mode on both phone and watch go to sleep mode. When I turn it off, goes back to normal. BUT when I get a call, it shows on phone and watch, BUT watch does NOT RING OR VIBRATE! I have to be watching the watch to catch a call! Rebooted my watch, now it does not even show a call is happening.

Another clue. Phone does not show watch as a audio option when receiving a phone call. Only shows speaker as a audio option.

Make sure the watch isn't muted. I've had my Watch7 occasionally remain muted even after exiting a dnd mode.

Nice! That solved discovering 1/2 the bug. Watch ring and vibrate were muted. Doesn't solve that problem or the problem where the calls initially don't even show on watch.
