Galaxy WatchCan not hear sound on outgoing and incoming calls. If I restart the watch it works for a few hours and then does the same thing. I have reset the watch at least three times, did a factory reset, and removed all software from my phone. My phone is a TCL ION V running Android 13.
I received the watch new about a week ago.
Please help, I'm about ready to return the watch to Amazon, I bought it specifically for fall detection and emergency alert to contacts.
