Hi, even though my watch is recording exercise sessions where my HR is in weight control, aerobic and anaerobic zones for more than 10 minutes each, my app shows 0 raised HR activity minutes for the past week. This wasn't an issue before. I've cleared cache, turned the watch on and off, checked for updates, contacted Samsung directly, nothing has helped. What can I do?
