Hi.

I have had my Galaxy watch for over 2 years now so I am afraid that the warranty has run out. I recently went to white water world on the Gold Coast and wore my watch on the rides. I have read that the watch is water resistant up to 5 feet of water for 30 minutes. I never wear it in the water and on this day I wanted to keep it on so I could track my steps. The watch did not go anywhere near the specs of the water resistance but now after a long time and many many attempts of trying to reboot, the screen is coming on but all fuzzy/unreadable. Is this a known problem?

I feel like my perfectly good working watch (pre-rides) is now useless and it is a little unfair as I followed the guidelines. please help.

Hello, thank you for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it is when your favorite watch is no longer working as expected. Please see this link for the water resistance of your watch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00078031/ Unfortunately, as the watch has not responded to troubleshooting, it would be recommended to have the watch serviced. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by calling customer support at 1-800-726-7864. For service outside of the U.S., please use this link: https://www.samsung.com/us/common/visitlocationsite.html I do apologize for any inconvenience.
