Galaxy WatchHello,
I just bought a Samsung galaxy watch 3. I noticed extremely high battery drain. I sent it for repair and they replaced the battery. Battery got a bit better but it still drains more than advertised. Samsung support claims 5-6 hrs of on display a day is "normal" use. I only use an hour and the battery still drains. (My watch was up to date when I bought it). Tried every solution (reset, hard reset, not backing up S health, etc.). None of them worked. I am thinking about sending it to repair again. Some help please?
I have a Samsung Galaxy Watch 3 41 mm bluetooth

Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand how frustrating it can be when your battery drains rapidly. There are several reasons why your Galaxy Watch may be experiencing battery drain or have decreased battery life. For example, certain apps can increase battery consumption. Keep reading to learn more about how to increase your watch's battery life. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003232/
Another step would be to reset your watch and not restore from back up. This will take your device back to factory default settings. Give this link a try: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
If you are still experiencing these symptoms after the troubleshooting steps provided, I would recommend a service repair.
You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the repair: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/location or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.

Galaxy WatchMy watch 3 45mm has like 2 days at most of battery life
The first galaxy watch 46mm had like 4 days of battery life. Kinda sucked going from the OG Galaxy watch to the watch 3 and having my battery life cut in half
