Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out and welcome to the community. I can certainly understand your concern with your ECG results not showing and would be happy to look into this further for you. If you can’t record your ECG when using the Samsung Health Monitor app, can’t see your ECG results, or are receiving poor or inconclusive results, there are a few things you can check. These include checking the Bluetooth connection between your Galaxy watch and phone, making sure you’re wearing your watch correctly, and cleaning your hands and arms before recording. Give this link a try for some troubleshooting steps for the symptom you are experiencing: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01208783/
If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend reaching out to our ECG team directly at 1-855-795-0509 (option #6), Monday through Friday 9am-6pm EST, or email support@samsungecg.zendesk.com.

I've never seen them show up in the Samsung Health app. They are available in the Samsung Health Monitor.
