Hello, Welcome to the Community. We understand how disappointing it is when the Samsung Health app on the watch is not syncing with the phone.

Be sure you are signed in to the same Samsung account on both the phone and watch.

Try clearing the app cache for the Samsung Health app. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00077611/

You can also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If the data is still not syncing, please reach out to the Samsung Health team directly by calling 1-855-795-0509 for additional assistance.
