Galaxy WatchHaving difficulty accessing the Samsung Health Monitor app on my Samsung Watch 6 Classic. Getting the message below but the allow key doesn't do anything. Help please...

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
If you are still unable to access the app, we recommend resetting the watch. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
Please also submit an error report in the Members app to provide the data directly to Samsung. https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/
