Having difficulty accessing the Samsung Health Monitor app on my Samsung Watch 6 Classic. Getting the message below but the allow key doesn't do anything. Help please...

Try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

If you are still unable to access the app, we recommend resetting the watch. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/

Please also submit an error report in the Members app to provide the data directly to Samsung. https://www.samsung.com/ae/support/mobile-devices/raising-an-error-report-via-samsung-members-app/

Have you tried scrolling upward a tad? I had to on my watch 4 in order to make the allow button completely visible.

I had tried it when issue ocurred but nothing happened. Now the issue is when I tap the Samsung Health Monitor app it doesn't access it.
