I have just had a new galaxy fe watch delivered but I can't seem to connect it to my phone. It keeps saying my account  already exists, but I've never had a galaxy watch before

This is Samsung to Samsung, unless it has anything to do with LTE, you will need to contact Samsung

When prompted to connect to your account,  choose connect with another account then choose skip, it should continue the setup then
