Galaxy WatchThank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with not receiving calls on your Galaxy watch 5, and I would be happy to look into this further for you. I would first recommend clearing the cache on the Galaxy wearables app. Go to settings > Apps > tap on the wearables app > tap on force stop > tap on storage and clear the cache.
The next step I would recommend is making sure the software is up-to-date on both devices.
Third step would be to reset the network settings. Please know this will remove any saved Bluetooth and Wi-Fi connections.
If your Samsung smartwatch (LTE) experiences mobile data issues, cannot answer calls, receive texts, or does not display your phone number in the Settings menu, there are a few things you can try. If those options do not work, it may be necessary to contact your carrier for network options or activation support. Give this link a try for further troubleshooting assistance if you have an LTE watch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01003245/
Final step before a service repair would be to factory reset your Galaxy watch 5. Give this link a try for step to properly factory reset your watch: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
If you have tried the troubleshooting steps provided and are still experiencing these symptoms, the next step would be a service repair. For an in warranty device: Please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.
