Anyone experiencing issue updating Samsung watch faces? I've been unable to do this via WiFi or mobile network. Samsung support has been no help basically telling me to upgrade from Watch 4 to Watch 5 or 5 Pro.

Thank you for reaching out. I can certainly understand your concern with not being able to update your Samsung watch faces and I would be happy to look into this further for you. First step I would recommend would be to uninstall the galaxy wearables app and plug-in, then re-install both. I would recommend first backing up the settings on your Galaxy watch 4 as the watch will be reset up uninstalling the apps. Give this link a try for steps to back up your watch: https://www.samsung.com/sg/support/mobile-devices/how-to-back-up-data-stored-on-samsung-galaxy-watch...

If you have tried those steps and are still experiencing these symptoms, I would recommend submitting an error report.
