Galaxy watch 4 still overheating there was a large update to the watch last week but still having this issue I am starting to regret making the switch from Apple.  Very Very disappointed SAMSUNG this is not a small issue defiantly this should never have slipped through testing.  Also the biggest Samsung retail store is clueless of this situation as well as customer service which is another Disappointment at this stage of the game in tech i did not expect to have an issue like this especially with Apple LTE watch is flawless. WAKE UP SAMSUNG

I  understand how upsetting this is. Have you tried performing a reset on the watch? https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/ Also check to see if the software is up to date. If the watch is still overheating and draining the battery, then it would be recommended to have the watch evaluated by a certified technician. If you wish to set your device up for service, please feel free to reach out to us directly via one of the following options and include a link to this thread.

Keep in mind that your phone and watch are supplied with a number of preinstalled apps. If you do not remove or disable the apps, prior to update or new technology, you will be adding upon what is already there.
