Watch 5 pro: Google Play running in background, battery only lasts 1 day

I recently updated Google apps on my watch now my battery only last a day and Google play store won't stop rummimg in the background any way I can fix this I already rebooted watch multiple times I'd like not to have to reset it thanks

Try clicking on close resent apps. Swipe up on the watch, and the app looks like two bubbles over laping each other.

True deleting the app, then reinstall it if you use it.

It's the Play Store itself. Can it be deleted?

Update i reboot the watch and it fix it's self after a few days
